The Most Rev. ++ Dr. Terry W. Harris

The International Anglican Orthodox Episcopal Communion was founded by the late Patriarch and Archbishop Dr. William Eusebius Brown in 2008. His vision was to continue building the Communion on 5 basic principles of the five-fold ministry, and Ecumenical, Non-Judgmental, Independent, Convergence. He continued that mission until his death in 2018.

The torch was passed to his close friend of 28 years in ministry ++Archbishop Terry W. Harris of Honduras/USA after a unanimous decision by the International Board of Bishops in 2018.

The Patriarch and Presiding Bishop has continued to lead the The IAOEC Inc. with what he believes is a new day of building global and domestic Ecumenical bridges, and spreading the Gospel in these last days.
